Affiliate Programs


If Your application to become an Affiliate is approved by Purify Your Gaze, You will receive a unique Affiliate ID. The Affiliate ID will be incorporated within each URL which You will use to advertise Purify Your Gaze. You will have the opportunity to receive a commission for each sale (“Sale”) that is registered using Your Affiliate ID.

In the event that a prospect (“Prospect”) has multiple Affiliate cookies (“Cookies”), the most recently-acquired Cookie will determine which Affiliate is credited with a Sale. However, once a Sale has been associated with an Affiliate ID, that Sale cannot be attributed to another Affiliate ID for at least six (6) months from the date of the Sale. Purify Your Gaze shall have the sole and exclusive authority to deny and/or revoke a commission or commissions based on affiliate-hopping or other action that creates multiple commissions for one true transaction, which shall be determined at the sole discretion of Purify Your Gaze.

Provided that the Sold Account (as defined below) remains in good status within forty-five (45) days from the Sale, You will be paid a commission for each Sold Account that generates a payment to Purify Your Gaze in a month (“Commission”). Except as otherwise provided herein, Commission payments will be paid on the 1st and 15th of each month following Purify Your Gaze’ receipt of payment for a Sold Account, subject to the other terms of this Agreement. In the event the 1st or 15th of each month falls on a holiday, Commission payments will be paid on the business day preceding the holiday. All Commission payments are based on the amount of fees received by Purify Your Gaze, less sales taxes.

The amount of Commissions for promoting Purify Your Gaze are as follows:

(a) General Affiliate: $100 per Coaching Sale, or 50% of Workshops and 50% of first month’s subscription*
(b) Qualified Affiliate: $200 per Coaching Sale, or 100% of Workshops and 100% of first month’s subscription*

*Approval into the Purify Your Gaze’ Affiliate Program grants you access to promote Purify Your Gaze products.

“Qualified Affiliate” status is only for those affiliates of Purify Your Gaze who have been preselected by Purify Your Gaze, have actively promoted Purify Your Gaze The determination of whether an affiliate has met the requirements to be a “Qualified Affiliate” is at the sole and exclusive discretion of Purify Your Gaze.

All Commissions are paid in U.S. Dollars (USD) or otherwise in currencies offered by the payment provider. You will receive Commission on sales linked to your Affiliate ID. Some payment methods may incur processing fees that may be deducted from Your Commissions. Your combined Commissions must equal or exceed One Hundred and 00/100 Dollars ($100.00) (USD) before You receive a payment from Purify Your Gaze. If Your combined Commissions in a 120-day period do not exceed $100.00 (USD) Your Commissions will not be paid and will be forfeited by You to Purify Your Gaze without any further action being required.
Once a Commission of $100 (USD) or more is earned,

You are required to register with our third-party payment provider to receive payment of Commissions. This means You are authorizing third party companies to contact You. Before You can be paid any Commissions, You must provide Purify Your Gaze a completed W-8 or W-9 tax form, as instructed by Purify Your Gaze, as well as any supporting documentation requested by Purify Your Gaze or its third-party payment provider. You will be deemed to have permanently waived and forfeited all rights to Commissions that were earned more than 120 days before submitting a completed W-8 or W-9 tax form or any ancillary supporting documentation that is requested to confirm the information on your tax form. If You are not a resident of the United States, Purify Your Gaze may withhold tax (including without limitation VAT) where required by applicable law. You are solely responsible for complying with all tax laws in Your respective jurisdiction(s) including, but not limited to, the payment of all required taxes, and filing of all returns and other required documents with, the applicable governing body(ies).

Affiliates will not be paid any Commissions for payments made on Affiliate’s own user account(s). Affiliates are not permitted to open a Purify Your Gaze account under the name of another person or entity, under a fictitious name, or under any name merely for the purpose of obtaining Commissions or any other compensation. Affiliates may not pay for another person’s or entity’s account. Affiliates are not permitted to offer cash rebates or other monetary incentives to obtain Sales. Furthermore, You are not permitted to have more than one (1) Purify Your Gaze Affiliate account (including all such business entities of Yours, subsidiaries, or other affiliated businesses of Yours). If You are found to have more than one (1) Purify Your Gaze Affiliate account, Your accounts will be terminated and all Commissions pending payout will be immediately forfeited by You to Purify Your Gaze.

Commissions are paid only for transactions that actually occur between Purify Your Gaze and a Sale and in which payment is received by Purify Your Gaze. If payment for a Sold Account later results in a refund or chargeback, and if a Commission was paid to You for that Sold Account payment, then the Commission will be deducted from Your future Commissions.

If Purify Your Gaze determines, in its sole and exclusive discretion, that any Sale was procured fraudulently or as a result of any violation of this Agreement or applicable law, no Commission will be earned by You or paid by Purify Your Gaze for such Sale and, for past sales, such payment amounts shall be deducted from Your future Commissions, and Purify Your Gaze may terminate this Agreement immediately, without notice, and without Purify Your Gaze having any liability to You.



Compensation for Video Reel Creation and Posting


2.1 The Influencer shall receive an upfront fee per video reel based on their following size, as follows:


2.1.1 1,000 – 10,000 followers: $15 per reel


2.1.2 10,000 – 50,000 followers: $30 per reel


2.1.3 50,000 – 500,000 followers: $100 per reel


2.1.4 500,000 – 1,000,000 followers: $500 per reel


2.1.5 1,000,000+ followers: $1,000 per reel



Video Format and Delivery Guidelines



3.1 The Influencer shall create promotional video reels that adhere to the Company’s standards and guidelines, which include:


3.1.1 Content that is consistent with the Company’s brand image and messaging;


3.1.2 High-quality video and audio production;


3.1.3 Compliance with applicable laws and regulations.


3.2 The Influencer shall submit the video reels to the Company for review and approval prior to posting. The Company may request revisions, which the Influencer shall promptly address.



Copyrights and Ownership



4.1 The Influencer grants the Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and create derivative works of the video reels for promotional purposes.


4.2 The Influencer retains ownership of the video reels and may continue to use them on their social media platforms and other channels in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.



Miscellaneous Legal Provisions



5.1 This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes any prior agreements, understandings, and negotiations.


5.2 This Agreement may be amended only by a written instrument signed by both parties.


5.3 The failure of either party to enforce any provision of this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of that provision or any other provision.


Independent Contractor

6.1 Affiliates are independent contractors of Purify Your Gaze. It is the express understanding and intention of the Parties that no relationship of master and servant nor principal and agent shall exist between Purify Your Gaze and You by virtue of this Agreement.

6.2 You have no right to act on behalf of or bind Purify Your Gaze in any way, nor share in the profits or losses of Purify Your Gaze. The only compensation available to You is set forth in this Agreement. You are solely and exclusively responsible and liable for all of Your acts or omissions.


No Warranty; No Leads

7.1 Purify Your Gaze does not promise, guarantee or warrant Your business success, income, or sales. You understand and acknowledge that Purify Your Gaze will not at any time provide sales leads or referrals to You.

7.2 You understand and agree further that this is not a business opportunity, a franchise opportunity, a “business-in-a-box,” or an assisted marketing plan. You are responsible for procuring and paying for any and all materials and resources necessary to operate as an Affiliate as You determine in Your sole discretion.

Indemnity

8.1 You agree to protect, defend, indemnify and hold harmless Purify Your Gaze, its officers, directors, employees, owner(s), and parent company(ies) and assigns from and against all claims, demands, and causes of action of every kind and character without limitation arising out of Your conduct, acts, or omissions related to Your application and/or performance of this Agreement including, but not limited to, any breach of this Agreement.

8.2 Your indemnity obligation includes, but is not limited to, any third party claim against Purify Your Gaze for liability or payments for damages caused by, or other liability relating to, You. This provision expressly survives the termination of this Agreement.

Severability

9.1 In the event any provision of this Agreement is inconsistent with or contrary to any applicable law, rule, or regulation, the provision shall be deemed to be modified to the extent required to comply with the law, rule, or regulation, and this Agreement and the Terms of Service, as so modified, shall continue in full force and effect.


Amendments And Modifications

10.1 This Agreement and Purify Your Gaze’ standard Terms of Service may be modified by Purify Your Gaze at any time, with or without prior notice to You.

10.2 Amendments or modifications to this Agreement or the Terms of Service will be binding on You when they are sent to You via email, or are posted in the affiliate center.

10.3 No amendment to this Agreement or the Terms of Service shall be valid unless prepared or signed by Purify Your Gaze.

10.4 Your continued acceptance of Commission payments constitutes Your acceptance to any modifications or amendments to this Agreement and the Terms of Service.
